Whether you are planning a trip to Rovaniemi or need local transportation, you can easily and quickly book a taxi through us. We serve you in all your travel needs.

Through us, you can also order a minivan for a larger group. We recommend making advance bookings for minivans preferably the day before, but at least one (1) hour before the desired departure time. Advance bookings for regular taxis can be made at least 30 minutes before the planned departure time.

Lähitaksi serves you at Rovaniemi Airport both upon arrival and departure. Upon arrival, you can find us right outside the terminal's arrival hall. When it is time to leave, you can book a taxi immediately or in advance by calling 0100 7300 (2.50 €/call + 0.25€/10s + local network charge).

We have removed the pre-booking fee in Rovaniemi, so you can also conveniently book a car to wait for you when you arrive in Rovaniemi. We help you reach your destination on time and comfortably.

  10% discount on taxi fares with a VR train ticket

Arrive at the station or continue your journey from the train more smoothly now. By showing your VR train ticket to the taxi driver when you board, you get a 10% discount on your Lähitaksi taxi fare.

You can walk straight into a vacant taxi or book one in advance - you will receive the discount when you pay for the ride in the taxi. The discount is valid throughout Uusimaa, Riihimäki, and Rovaniemi.
