How the service works:
- Prepare your shopping list on paper.
- Call our service number: +358100 7300
Provide your address, door code, and phone number — and remember to mention that you’re requesting the shopping and errand service.
- A driver will arrive at your location.
Hand over the shopping list and the necessary amount of cash. Purchases are paid for in-store with cash only.
- The driver will shop on your behalf and return with your groceries, receipt, and change.
- Alternatively, you can place an order with your local store in advance and request the driver to pick it up.
- You only pay the regular taxi fare according to the meter. Any parking fees may be added separately.
Please note: We do not transport age-restricted items such as alcohol, tobacco, or lottery products.
We are also unable to pick up prescription medications — these must be collected by the customer directly from the pharmacy.

Is it safe to give cash to the driver for running my errands?
Yes – our drivers are trained and trustworthy. When you place your order through our dispatch center, we can contact the driver afterward if needed.
What if some items are unavailable at the store?
You can authorize product substitutions or list acceptable alternatives. This speeds up the shopping process and helps ensure you receive the items you need.
How much does the service cost?
The service is charged according to the standard metered taxi fare. Our customers can trust that our drivers will handle errands as efficiently as possible, taking the most direct route. However, traffic delays or queues at the store may extend the total service time. The VAT for goods transportation is 25.5%.
Can I choose which store the driver shops at?
Yes – but we recommend choosing a nearby store for faster service and cost efficiency.
Can I pay for the ride with a municipal card?
Only if the customer is present in the vehicle – the municipal card cannot be used for goods delivery alone.
Can I order the service for someone else, such as a family member?
Yes, you can. When placing the order, please clearly provide the recipient’s name, address, and phone number so the driver can reach them easily during the service.
Can the driver pick up a package for me using a pickup code?
Yes – our driver can pick up a package on your behalf, for example from a parcel locker or post office, as long as you provide the necessary information, such as the pickup code and exact location. Please make sure to include these details clearly when placing the order.
Note: Pickups that require an official ID cannot be handled by the driver. These must be collected by the customer in person.
