The app automatically detects your location, and with just a few quick taps, you can define:

Pay your way – easily and flexibly

- Pay in the car: by card or cash

- Pay in the app: fixed price and fast prepayment

You can save your payment cards in the app in advance, allowing you to pay with a single tap – perfect for separating business and personal trips.

Whether you pay through the app or directly to the driver, you’ll always get a receipt:
– For app-paid rides, the receipt is emailed to you automatically.
– For in-car payments, the driver will print the receipt on the spot.

Always know what’s happening

The app shows an estimate of how close the cars are even before you place your order. Once your ride is accepted, you’ll see the estimated arrival time – and get a notification as the taxi approaches your pickup location. So you’ll know exactly when to throw on your coat and head out!

With the Lähitaksi App, You Can:

- choose a sedan or station wagon for 1–4 passengers based on your preferences and luggage
- order a minivan for up to 8 passengers
- request an accessible vehicle, for example, for wheelchair users
- book transportation for small parcel deliveries
- order a car immediately or schedule a pre-order for a specific time, reducing your travel prep stress
- choose your payment method: in-car (card or cash), or prepay a fixed price via the app
- send detailed pickup instructions to the driver, such as the exact location or even a door code if you’d like assistance

Your personal profile shows you:

- All past bookings and receipts
- Upcoming rides
- Your saved addresses, so your regular routes are even faster to order
