Special requests

We are happy to accommodate special requests – for example, child safety seats or the transportation of large items such as furniture. Please note that such requests must be made by phone by calling Lähitaksi’s order center at +358100 7300 (2,50 € + 0,25 € / 10 s + local or mobile network charge).

Lähitaksi does not accept orders where customers request a driver based on ethnic origin. We will delete all app-based orders that include such requirements in the additional information.

Lähitaksi is committed to equality and the fair treatment of all customers and drivers. We do not accept orders where a customer attempts to choose a driver based on origin, language, religion, or other personal characteristics.

We will remove all app orders that include such demands in the additional information field.
