Order Portal - A web-based taxi ordering service
The Order Portal is a taxi ordering service designed for our corporate customers and runs directly in a web browser. Through the portal, you can place regular orders, advance bookings, fixed-price trips to selected destinations, or reserve a premium Business Class ride. If you prefer, you can choose to limit orders to low-emission vehicles only.
The Order Portal is completely free of charge for your company. It’s an ideal solution for reception desks, concierge services, restaurants, and hotel front desks.
Business Solutions
Business Solutions is designed for managing and ordering taxi rides for company staff. Each company is assigned a transportation coordinator — for example, someone from HR — who can monitor, manage, and oversee all staff taxi orders. Employees can view and place orders through the new Lähitaksi app.

Taxi Butler – Your one-button solution for taxi orders
Taxi Butler is Lähitaksi’s personal concierge, always at your service. It’s a small, easy-to-use device that lets you order a Lähitaksi to your location with just one press of a button.
With the Butler, you can order taxis for multiple customers without making a single phone call. No need to look up numbers, wait on the line, or repeat the pickup address — saving your time for what matters most: serving your customers. The Butler never gets tired or makes mistakes, as your location address is pre-programmed into the device.
QR Code for Your Location – Scan and Order
A QR code is a simple way to enhance the customer experience. Place it in your lobby or entrance area so your customers can scan it with their phone and effortlessly order a taxi to your doorstep.
There’s no need to enter any details manually — your company’s address is automatically set as the pickup location. Ordering a taxi has never been this easy!
