Helsinki-Vantaa Airport
When departing from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, the above Uusimaa consumer price list applies with the following exceptions:

When booking in advance, a pre-booking fee and a barrier fee of €3.60 will be added to the fixed price.
Meet & Greet service (airport pickup from the arrivals hall): For separately ordered airport pickups, the driver will meet the customer in the arrivals hall with a name sign. The price of the service is €25 for 1–4 persons and €35 for minivan taxis (VAT 13.5%). The price includes real-time flight tracking and 30 minutes of waiting time from the flight’s actual landing time. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, an additional charge will be applied according to the waiting rate. The price of the service includes the pre-booking fee.
Pickup from the airport without Meet & Greet service: It is also possible to pre-book a Lähitaksi to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. In this case, the normal pre-booking fee will be charged (€5.50 passenger car / €10.50 minivan). The pre-booking fee is also added to taxi journeys pre-booked from the city centre to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.
When booking, please provide the arriving flight number and arrival time. Also indicate how much time you would like between the flight’s landing and taxi pickup: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Lähitaksi's recommended pickup times:
• 15 minutes after landing if you have no luggage
• 30 minutes after landing if you have checked baggage and a Schengen flight
• 45 minutes after landing if you have checked baggage and a non-Schengen flight
After the flight has landed, the taxi will wait for you at the pre-booked taxi stand for the time you have requested. The driver will not come inside the terminal unless Meet & Greet service has been ordered. The taximeter will be switched to the waiting rate once the requested time from landing has elapsed, even if the passenger has not yet reached the taxi.
